The Tampa Bay Rays scored 5 times in the second and 4 times in the 4th last night, routing the Kansas City Royals 11-1, in front of 12,766 fans at Tropicana Field.

Jason Bartlett and Reid Brignac drove in 3 each for the Rays, who also got 5 strong innings from Matt Garza, who won for the 4th time in 5 decisions. Tampa Bay improves to 17-5 and remains 2 1/2 ahead of the Yankees in the A.L. East.

The Rays and Kansas City play tonight at 7:10pm EDT on 620AM WDAE.
