The rain continues to fall in Daytona Beach and is expected to continue through the afternoon, but start improving by the evening. With that in mind, Nascar has announced they are looking for a 7:02pm EST start time for the 2012 Daytona 500. If they can't run tonight, Nascar still holds Tuesday as a possible option.
