Calgary Hitmen 6, Medicine Hat Tigers 3

The Hitmen overcame a 3-1 deficit after one to win going away, with 5,455 looking on at Scotiabank Saddledome. The Tigers skated to a 3-0 lead on a goal by Cole Sillinger and a pair of power play goals by Ryan Chyzowski. Calgary started their comeback with a Jackson van de KLeest goal in the final minute of the opening period. Carson Focht and Mark Kastelic tied it up with 2nd period goals, then took the game over with 3rd period goals by Kastelic and a pair by Riley Stotts. In goal for Calgary, Jack McNaughton, who made 6 1st period saves for the Hitmen, gave way to Brayden Peters who played the final 40 minutes, making 26 saves. Mads Sogaard and Garin Bjorklund split time in net for Medicine Hat, making 40 saves.

Victoria Royals 3, Vancouver Giants 1

A two-goal 1st period was the difference as the Royals won before 3,548 at the Langley Events Centre. Scoring for the Royals were  Mitch Prowse, Sean Gulka and Tarun Fizer, with Brock Gould in net making 26 saves. Alex Kannok Leipert scored for the Giants, David Tendeck made 21 saves.

Winnipeg ICE 7, Saskatoon Blades 2

Winnipeg used a 4 goal 1st period as a springboard to the victory at Wayne Fleming Arena. For the ICE, Brad Ginnell had 2 goals and 1 assist, Jackson Leppard and Owen Pederson a goal and asist each, with Anson McMaster, Nino Kinder and Jakin Smallwood a goal each. Jesse Makaj made 28 saves. For the Blades, Chase Wouters had a goal and assist, Riley McKay a goal and Koen MacInnes 38 saves.
