A photograph showing the owner of a lost camera went viral Monday after being posted on Facebook, Reddit and other websites. Internet users are teaming up to put the camera back into the the owner's hands. Text on the viral photo reads, "This guy lost his camera with more than 2,800 photos in Amsterdam. Who knows him? Please contact anke.appel@gmail.com." Roland van Gogh uploaded the photo to Facebook, saying his father-in-law found the Nikon Coolipx in a train in Amsterdam.

Hochevar reeled off his second straight victory and the Royals' first complete game of the season as the Royals blanked the Rays, 8-0, on Monday night as 20,200 fans witnessed his mastery at Kauffman Stadium.

A new report claims that the top three restaurants following in Hooters' footsteps -- Twin Peaks, Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, and Mugs N Jugs -- each grew by at least 30 percent last year.

Yet by refreshing his attention on the here and now Monday night, Zito also moved the Giants a step toward meeting their long-term objective.

Zito ended a personal slump by surrendering three hits in seven innings and was joined in his resurgence by Pablo Sandoval, who doubled twice and drove in three runs to lead the Giants past the Los Angeles Dodgers, 8-0.

1910 - For the second consecutive year, Hazel Hotchkiss won the singles, doubles and mixed doubles titles at the U.S. Lawn Tennis Association championships.

1916 - The Chicago White Sox and the Cleveland Indians appeared in a game with numbers on their sleeves. The event marked the first time that players were identified by numbers that corresponded to the scoreboard.

1938 - Lonney Frey (Cincinnati Reds) had eight hits in a doubleheader split with the Philadelphia Phillies.
