In Albany, New York, Roberto Bidinost is accused of growing pot in his home. Seems Bidinost showed up for his sentencing Tuesday morning a couple of sheets to the wind, and informed the judge, "I would suggest you talk to me now that I've had a couple of cocktails because when I'm sober I'm not the nicest person in the world." Sentencing was postponed.
