Your kid's bedtime doesn't matter, just as long as it's the same bedtime every night, according to a new study reported on Boston.com. Every time a child's body clock is disrupted, so is their brain development, and this is especially true for 3-year-olds. Of course, the earlier the better. A separate study two years ago found the earlier kids go to bed, the less likely they'll be a bunch of fatties.
