In Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 15-year-old Temar Boggs was hanging out with a friend when a man came by asking if they'd seen a missing little girl. They hadn't, but decided to join in the neighborhood search. Boggs and his friend spotted the little girl inside a passing car and chased after it on their bikes -- for 15 minutes. Eventually the driver gave up and let the girl out. The suspected kidnapper is still at large.
