Moose Jaw won for the 5th time in 6 starts, thanks to a Jadon Joseph goal at 2:49 of overtime, with 2,613 looking on at Mosaic Place. Keenan Taphorn, Owen Hardy and Matthew Benson also scored for the Warriors, with Bailer Brkin backstopping the win with a 33 save effort. For Edmonton, Riley Sawchuk, Matthew Robertson and Liam Keeler scored goals, Todd Scott made 24 saves.
Saskatoon Blades 2, Vancouver Giants 1
Nolan Kneen scored on the power play at 13:28 of the 3rd to boost Saskatoon to the win, before 2,715 at SaskTel Place.Chase Wouters scored a power play goal 78 seconds into the contest for the Blades and Nolan Maier 30 saves. Dylan Plouffe scored for Vancouver, Trent Miner made 29 saves.
Portland Winterhawks 8, Swift Current Broncos 2
Portland grabbed it first win of their Eastern swing scored twice in each of the first two periods, then posting a four spot in the 3rd. Simon Knak, Seth Jarvis, Johnny Ludvig, Reece Newkirk, Cross Hanas, Kade Nolan, Mason Mannek and Lane Gilliss scored for the Winterhawks, Joel Hofer made 24 saves. Aiden Bulych and Ethan O'Rourke scored goals and Reece Klassen made 32 saves for the Broncos. Attendance at innovation Credit Union I-Plex was 1,916.
Everett Silvertips 3, Victoria Royals 2
Jackson Berezowski's third goal of the season, coming at 15:51 of the third period, boosted Everett to the road win, before 3,687 at Save-On-Foods Memorial Arena. Bryce Kindopp and Brendan Lee also scored Everett, Dustin Wolf made 31 saves. Victoria goals were scored by Tarun Fizer and Logan Doust, Shane Farkas made 38 saves.
