Juan Uribe's solo homer in the eighth inning stood up as the winner for the Giants who beat the Philadelphia Phillies 3-2 to win the NLCS 4 games to 2.

World Series starts Wednesday night in San Francisco against the A.L. Champion Texas Rangers.
