Barry Zito's troubles in his last time out stemmed from a lack of aggressiveness. He was missing pitches out of the zone.

Though on Tuesday against the Angels he had no such troubles, he had nearly an identical result.

In the followup to his five-run outing last time out, Zito surrendered eight runs to the Angels in a 12-5 loss at Angel Stadium. The Giants' loss was their fourth in their last six games and put them at 2-3 on their nine-game road trip.

2007 - Sammy Sosa (Texas Rangers) got his 600th career home run. The hit came against the Chicago Cubs, his former team.
